About Me
Dr. Randi Gray is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Counselor, and an Arizona Board-approved clinical supervisor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples in their pursuit of emotional healing, relational growth, and personal transformation.

She holds a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis in cognition and instruction, a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Dr. Gray is trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.

In addition to her private practice, which she has owned for nearly ten years, Dr. Gray has led men's recovery groups for addiction and women's trauma recovery groups, guided clients through complex relational patterns, and supervised clinicians working toward licensure. She brings a trauma-informed, compassion-forward lens to every tool and insight offered in her latest workbook, The Work of Getting Closer.

This guide is the result of years spent walking with clients through the most challenging conversations, helping them rebuild safety, rediscover their voices, and do the daily work of getting closer without losing themselves.
Dr. Gray has been married for 30 years. She has seven children and three grandchildren.
